Min “Max” Kim is a Southern California native with over 10 years of experience in real estate sales and investment. Mr. Kim earned a Bachelors of Science from University of California Irvine. In 2004, Mr. Kim opened his independent brokerage Metro Pointe Premier Realty Inc., Mr. Kim was responsible for and oversaw all activities of the real estate brokerage including sales, leasing and property management. In 2007, Mr. Kim purchased a franchise of the national firm Avalar Real Estate Network, which his brokerage is now called SoCal Avalar Real Estate. Prior to opening and operating his own real estate brokerage, Mr. Kim co-founded a real estate investment company in 2002 which operates today as Silverstone Holdings, LLC. Mr. Kim's significant experience in all aspects of residential/commercial real estate and real estate investments combined with his local market knowledge gives SoCal Avalar Real Estate a firm foundation.
