My portfolio of work includes small to medium sized organizations, corporates, government associations and national associations, throughout United Kingdom and North America.
50% of my time is spent working with a handful of professional, business to business Speakers in the conference and events industry. These Speakers provide educational and developmental content to delegates around the world. We have branches in Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa and soon in the Middle East. Our key aim is to ensure our clients have the best Speaker (facilitator/trainer) for their event/s. Our Speakers spend time getting to know the client and the overall purpose/objectives of the event to align themselves to the outcomes needed. The balance of my time is spent working with the International Standard; Investors in People in the United Kingdom and Canada. A business improvement tool; Investors in People, has proven to be an invaluable tool for numerous organizations in over 35 Countries. It helps organizations identify the return on investment for a range of people practices, benefits gained form working with the Standard have included: Increasing profits and productivity, Reducing staff turnover and related employment costs, Customer satisfaction, Enhancing Quality Standards, Competitive enhancement through improved performance.
