My joys are being outdoors and whenever possible....kite flying! I love to put on my headset and listen to music that helps me choreograph the movements of the Dual String Kite with a hundred foot long tail.
It is really exhilarating to feeling the pull of the strong San Francisco winds and dive the kite to the earth and recover quickly!
I grew up in SF. My life journey since then to move to Marin County nearby, then the East Bay, then down the peninsula and now I am happily married to Sonia and back in SF!
In 1095 I graduated from IBI. My WOW at the time was F.U.N. Enterprises. Which means Fitness Unlimited Now for Family Unity Now! Knowing that as we take care of ourselves we are more if to help others.
