Paulino Development, Inc. was founded in 2005. The company expanded while Waikiki Paulino worked at F.J. Sciame Construction as Construction Manager. Waikiki managed the construction of several high profile projects for several multi million dollar New York developers and private investors while helping to form Paulino Development during the company’s growth. In September 2005, Paulino Development became part of the Russ Whitney’s Whitney Education Group, Inc.
