Kathy Douglas and Extreme Dreams have taken a unique approach to artist representation, independent label management, and event production. With 20 years experience in Mary Kay Cosmetics as a Pink Cadillac winning Senior Sales Director, Kathy had achieved financial and professional success. As a Sales Director, she planned, developed and organized events across the country. As the mother of three athletes in the Houston area, she was a participant both as a board member and a parent in many fundraising efforts for the teams. 

With Kathy's experience as a Sales Director in the highly competitive world of direct sales, she found that the skills and knowledge she had developed included all the needed elements for managing the career development of Singer-songwriters. Extreme Dreams started as she recognized that an independent artist is in the direct marketing business and developed an approach to help artists create a successful business model based in the principles that work in this unique marketplace.

With years of personal coaching experience, Kathy has been a sought – after advisor of many young artists whose dreams are just beginning to formulate. Her abilities to help organize a workable action plan, to recognize sabotage strategies, and identify personal strengths and weaknesses are important components in her philosophy of artist development.

Kathy has been developing a unique concept for independent artists and labels for the past 5 years. In 2006, Extreme Dreams launched it's subsidiary company, Indie Extreme,LLC and the new SUPER site, www.indieextreme.com, which provides admin, marketing and promotional services to talented artists and their labels.
