I have written several articles and two books.  How to Create Gold, A Step by Step Method, and Explore the Myth.  Both are available on my website and sold in a few local book stores.  I speak frequently on the topic, "The eight words that will change your life."  I do workshops on IMPACT LANGUAGE: The Language of Success.  I also do consulting and coaching for anyone wanting to make a conscious and permanent change in the language they speak into their experience.  I have been a real estate investor for most of my fairly long life.  I have recently begun subdividing and developing open land.
