This month when considering how you are recognizing that 'People are your greatest asset - investing in your People' I would like you to consider the following: Do your staff know the vision and purpose of the organization and how they contribute? How do you measure the level of their understanding? If your people do not understand the vision and purpose, and more importantly how they contribute they are not going to be productive, efficient and effective on all levels. Organizations should be measuring the return on investment for all practices, including communication. How do you know your communication systems and processes are effective?
